Privacy Policy
Effective July 30, 2026. This policy explains how FallingBucks handles information submitted through official support channels.
Information collected
The public website does not create browser-only customer accounts or store passwords. When you contact support, the seller may receive your name, email, country, purchase details, authorised trading-account IDs and messages needed to process a licence or provide support.
Sensitive credentials
Do not submit broker passwords, investor passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private wallet keys or VPS passwords through public forms or ordinary email. If setup assistance requires temporary access, support must agree a separate secure method and you should change credentials immediately afterward.
Use and retention
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, process purchases, activate licences, prevent abuse, maintain records and comply with legal obligations. Data should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Third parties
The site uses external services such as Google Fonts and may link to Myfxbook, brokers, VPS providers and payment networks. Those services have their own privacy policies. Affiliate links may identify the referring website.
Your requests
To request access, correction or deletion of information held by FallingBucks, email support@fallingbucks.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or transaction purposes.
