Terms and Conditions

1. Licence

The software is licensed, not sold. Unless otherwise stated in the purchase confirmation, one licence is personal, non-transferable and limited to the authorised trading-account IDs. You may not resell, rent, share, sublicense, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the software or related set files.

2. Software purpose

The software is an execution tool for MetaTrader 4. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice; it does not manage customer deposits; and it does not guarantee any result.

3. Activation and support

Activation depends on the licensing system being available and correctly configured. Support covers reasonable installation and product questions for the purchased build. Broker, VPS, payment-network and internet problems remain third-party matters.

4. Operating responsibility

You are responsible for broker selection, account configuration, leverage, deposits, risk settings, monitoring and emergency decisions. You must test the exact build and settings before live use.

5. Restrictions

The product is not offered to US persons under the seller's current policy. You are responsible for ensuring purchase and use are legal in your jurisdiction.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, outages or indirect damages. Any aggregate liability relating to the licence is limited to the licence fee paid, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the buyer's jurisdiction.
